A manufacturing client from South Africa reached out during a facility-upgrade project involving steel component production. Their workflow required precise, frequent lifting of semi-finished assemblies weighing up to 9 tons. Customer Needs Assessment
During the first consultation, the buyer described a tight production layout with an 8-meter workshop span and a lifting requirement of 7 meters. The hoist, end beams, control system, and structural components were all packaged using plastic wrapping and plywood crates to ensure safe FCL transport.
Delivery and Commissioning
Production was completed within 35 working days, and the 10 ton overhead crane was shipped to the customer’s port in South Africa.
