A construction equipment company in Egypt contacted Yuantai Crane for a reliable lifting solution for their new steel structure workshop. After assessing their operational needs, Yuantai recommended a 10 ton European type overhead crane with a span of 15 meters and a lifting height of 5 meters.
Customer Background
The Egyptian company is a well-known industrial contractor located near Cairo, mainly engaged in steel fabrication and mechanical assembly. Their project expansion required a modern 10 ton European type overhead crane to improve workflow and reduce manual handling risks.
Solution Design
Yuantai’s technical team designed the 10 ton European type overhead crane equipped with a European-style hoist, frequency conversion control, and energy-saving motors. The crane’s compact structure maximized space usage in the Egyptian workshop, while the low headroom design ensured smooth material flow.
Production and Delivery
After signing the contract, production began immediately. Within 35 days, the 10 ton European type overhead crane was completed, tested, and shipped to Egypt through Alexandria Port. The entire delivery process was tracked to ensure on-time arrival.
Yuantai’s engineers provided online installation guidance for the Egyptian customer. After commissioning, the 10 ton European type overhead crane operated smoothly, significantly increasing lifting efficiency. The customer praised its high precision and quiet performance, expressing intent to purchase another unit for their upcoming project in Egypt.
