Puente Grúa Birriel de 25/5 Toneladas y 17.7 M y H-24 M Venta a una Acería en Estados Unidos:

A steel fabrication company in the **United States** recently upgraded its workshop handling system and purchased a **25 ton double girder overhead crane** for heavy structural steel production. The customer mainly manufactured welded steel frames and industrial support components used in energy and infrastructure projects across the **United States**.

The workshop handled large steel sections every day, and the previous lifting equipment could no longer support the increasing production volume. After reviewing the workshop layout and production workflow, we recommended a **25 ton overhead crane** with a 25/5 ton dual-hook configuration.

  • Capacity: 25 /5 Ton
  • Span: 17.7 M
  • Lifting height: 24 M
  • Working class: A5
  • Main structure: Box section
  • Control method: Pedant+Remote
  • Lifting tool: Hook
  • Crane travelling Speed: 45m/min
  • Trolley travelling Speed: 44.2m/min
  • Power supply: 415V 50Hz
  • Ambient temperature: -10~48℃

Main hook lifting specifications:

  • Maximum capacity: 25t
  • Lifting speed: 7.5m/min
  • Lifting power: 35KW
  • Working class: M5

Auxiliary hook lifting specifications:

  • Maximum capacity: 5t
  • Lifting speed: 12.6 m/min
  • Lifting power: 13 KW
  • Working class: M5

The 17.7-meter span allowed the crane to fully cover the fabrication area, while the 24-meter lifting height matched the customer’s requirement for stacking oversized steel components. The main 25-ton hook handled heavy fabricated structures, while the auxiliary 5-ton hook was used for tooling adjustment and smaller lifting tasks.

The customer in the **United States** preferred pendant and wireless remote control because operators frequently moved around large steel assemblies during positioning work. This configuration improved visibility and communication during handling operations.

The **25 ton double girder overhead crane** adopted a box-section girder structure with an A5 working class and M5 lifting mechanism, making it suitable for continuous workshop operation. The crane traveling speed of 45 m/min and trolley traveling speed of 44.2 m/min improved internal material transfer efficiency between welding and assembly stations.

During communication, the customer from the **United States** shared detailed workshop drawings and future expansion plans. Our engineering team optimized the wheel load and girder structure to match the existing runway beam conditions and reduce installation modifications.

Before shipment, the **25 ton overhead crane** completed electrical testing, dimensional inspection, and load simulation trials. Main girders and electrical cabinets were packed separately with reinforced export protection.

After delivery to the **United States**, installation and commissioning were completed smoothly with remote technical support. The customer later reported that the crane improved workshop efficiency, reduced handling delays, and provided more stable movement for oversized steel structures.
